CCP5 Registration

Joining CCP5 is free. You will get regular information via email regarding CCP5 activities such as workshops, conferences and job vacancies. Please complete the section below.

For a new registration, all the fields in boldface are required, but please fill in the others if applicable. For an existing registration, only the First Name(s), Surname and Email fields are required, but please fill in the other fields which have changed.

Most communications concerning CCP5 are now sent by Email, so you are required to complete this field.

Under the terms of the UK's DATA PROTECTION ACT, we are obliged to notify you that you are on our regular mailing lists and that your name and address are held on our computer. The Act requires your consent to your name and address being so held. You will be sent an Email to the Email address you supply below to which you must reply before you will start to receive information from us. This applies even if you are updating an existing registration.
