Under the auspices of CCP5 we are organising a `Northern Atomistic Simulations Group' (NASG) meeting at Daresbury Laboratory on January 5th 2005. We hope this will be the first of many such meetings.
The purpose of NASG is to provide a forum in which postgraduate students can present short talks on their research and have discussions with other researchers using atomistic simulation methods. Supervisors and PDRAs are welcome to attend. Similar meetings have been regularly organised by CCP5 in London (LASG) and the South West (SWCC) and are a proven success.
We are limited to about 30 places, so student speakers will be given preference. We need about 10 speakers to talk for 20 mins each.
If you would like to attend please register on this website. Indicate if you wish to be a speaker or provide a poster.
Registration is free and lunch will be provided.
